APPOINTMENT

We sincerely appreciate the vast majority of patients at Agape Chiropractic Clinic who come for their scheduled appointments, and for giving us ample notice if they are unable to make it. Not only do late or missed appointments impact your recovery, they also impact other patients who need urgent care and treatment, but are unable to get an appointment.

Our clinic is very busy and appointment slots are limited, and many patients have to wait months before we are able to give them an appointment slot.

Kindly give us more than 24 hours notice if you’re unable to make it to your appointment with us, so that other patients can benefit from this slot.

We understand that there are situations where cancelling early may not always be possible. Unfortunately, due to the number of no-shows or late cancellations we have been receiving, we had to implement a mandatory cancellation fee. If you miss or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, 100% of payment will be due, unless you produce a valid medical certificate from an MOH-registered medical doctor.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes, but we would like to be able to fully utilize all our available time to treat and help all our patients.
